Every year, Resurrection’s members have generously supported the efforts of Hastings Family Service, especially during the Advent season. Following is information on how you can help love our neighbors living in ISD 200 this holiday season by supporting Hastings Family Service’s Project Share. Adopt-a-Family Wish Lists
Share the joy of the season by adopting a family. Get together with friends, co-workers, family, or spread the joy by yourself by fulfilling a family’s wish list.
Provide a Holiday Meal
Food is provided to nearly all households receiving Project Share. Please consider making a donation of $30 to cover the cost of a holiday meal for a neighbor in Hastings.
Gifts & Christmas Trees
The North Pole gift room is not available in 2022 and we will not be providing Christmas trees. Use Adopt-a-Family for giving gifts. Contact Deana at 651-437-7134 with questions.
GIFTS
Gifts for the kids (18 and under) are met through Project Share, but the adults are not included; plus food needs may remain unmet. Your monetary donation to HFS helps provide food for families at a great discount, gift cards to help the adults, and items for kids that come in at the last minute, etc.
DONATIONS
They are also in great need of toiletry items and other things such as:
- Toilet Paper
- Facial Tissue
- Dish Soap
- Laundry Detergent
- Deodorant
- Body Wash/ Bar soap
- Feminine Pad/Tampons
- Shampoo/Conditioner
- Cat Food
- Dog Food
Donations are accepted during business hours at HFS’s Donation Center. Please do not drop items at the doors or in the alley.
