Filling out my taxes this week, I was reminded of the old saying: The only things certain are death and taxes. But Easter reminds us there is another certainty: Life in Jesus Christ. No matter what life throws at us, no matter how difficult things seem, and no matter how hopeless the situation, the Resurrection of Jesus guarantees that there are better days to come. And while we wait, the Resurrection gives us the power to face whatever life brings – even death and taxes.
Join us at Resurrection church this week as we look at all the wonderful ways the Resurrection makes a difference in our lives. On April 7 we will begin the spring series “Because”. Throughout April and May, there will be opportunities for healing, comfort, courage, and guidance as we explore the great blessings of the Resurrection.
