A place for students to find fun, acceptance and love.

rezYouth

Students in 6th-12th grade meet together on Wednesdays to experience the benefits of community centered around God. It starts with a free dinner at 6:00p followed at 6:30 pm with a few fun, high-energy games, then a short, relevant message given by one of the leaders. Afterwards, students break into small groups to discuss the message more in-depth, ending at 8:30 pm.

Summer & Winter Camps

Summer Sizzler and Winter Chill camps allow a student to experience the love of Christ through many different programs and activities. Students will experience a morning and evening formal gathering that will include worship music, mixers, messages, videos, and small group time within their cabin groups. Both camps are weeks they’ll never forget!

There are different daily events at both camps and may include: team building activities, prayer time, big group games, swimming/snow-tubing, canoeing, crafts, service projects and many more! The fun factor is off the charts.

Confirmation

New format. Interactive and event-oriented instead of a weekly class. Number of events in a ear allowing people to plugin as they come along, i.e. Winter CHill, mission work, retreat, etc. EXISTING: We believe that by 9th grade it’s a student’s turn to choose his/her own faith. Through the two years of confirmation classes, the gospel of Jesus Christ will be laid out and explained in a way that gives the students an opportunity to seek out the answers to their questions about Christianity. That way they can make an informed personal decision to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Serve

Did you know our youth are serving in multiple ministries within Resurrection? We have youth serving in the tech booth, in the worship band, in the coffee shop, in the nursery, on Wednesday nights, Sunday mornings and afternoons…the list goes on and on! Youth are even helping with a special needs child every Sunday morning–and doing an amazing job! We’d love to see adults serving alongside these youth as friends and mentors. What is God calling you to do? Contact us to discuss some possibilities.

MAC (Ministry as a Career)

MAC is a program designed for high school, college age and young adults who are exploring the call to ministry as a career. The program equips students with knowledge and experience to be better prepared for whatever area of ministry they feel called to.
