DESCRIPTION:Historically Christians have given things up during Lent to focus on the Lord. The most enduring of these practices is giving up meat on Fridays\, hence the origin of the Friday night fish fry (which probably hasn’t done a whole lot for our spiritual lives). Let’s try something better this year and do something Better Than Fish on Friday during Lent. \nFRIDAY CHALLENGE: The challenge for Friday\, April 2\, is to attend the Good Friday worship service in person or online and worship at the cross.
